Center Sports Camp

Splash and Play at the Center!
Our Center Sports Camp program is geared for kids entering 1st-5th grade at all fitness levels and focuses on improving health and wellness through fundamental learning of sports and exercise. Our goal is to foster social skills, self-discipline, perseverance, and problem-solving through sports while creating an environment of fun through teamwork and team building.

We plan to do this by utilizing our unique space and program offerings to create an experience focused on safety, individualized attention, and most importantly fun through activities encouraging social & emotional growth.
Our student to coach ratio of 10/12-1 ensures that your child will have a great small group experience moving through different tennis, swim, and basketball sports modules each day.
Sessions Details
A safe place where youth can enjoy laughter, fun, make new connections, and ultimately find happiness this Summer.
Our campers (incoming 1st - 5th graders) will participate in tennis, swim, and basketball every day in both outdoor and indoor, small group settings (10-12 campers per group) with a team of certified youth fitness instructors.
Finding the balance between fitness and fun is at the heart of all of our youth fitness programs, and will certainly extend into our summer offerings. Our goal is to develop strength, agility, and hand-eye coordination through games, obstacle courses, and interactive drills. Keeping that “play” mentality at the forefront, our goal is also to create an environment where new sports are introduced in an interactive and encouraging way.

Campers will participate in all the activities with their group for the week. This continuity will allow the staff to learn and address the strengths and weaknesses of each child. It will also foster a sense of friendship within the groups which will help the campers experience social as well as physical growth.

Daily Schedule
9-9:15am - Arrival, drop off, sign in, free play
9:15-9:45am - Group announcements, counselor intros, theme discussion
9:45-10:45am - First group activity: (Groups alternate between Tennis, Basketball, and activity of the day)
10:45-11am - Change & prep for swim with optional snack available
11am-12pm - Second group activity: All camp swim
12-1pm - Lunch & downtime activities
1-2pm - Third group activity: (Groups alternate between Tennis, Basketball, and activity of the day)
2-2:30pm - Snack/rest & break/downtime activity
2:30-3:30pm - Fourth group activity: (Groups alternate between Tennis, Basketball, and activity of the day)
3:30-4pm - Free play/announcements & pick up
