If you are looking for an easy, fun way to celebrate a birthday or plan a summer get-together, pool parties at PCC will run from May 9th to September 28th during the 2026 season!
When you book a party, we will take care of the setup so you can focus on enjoying the day. Your group will have a reserved seating area with tablecloths and table decorations, and one of our Aquatics team members will be there at the start to go over a few quick guidelines and help get things going.
Please note that pool parties take place during regular pool hours, and private pool space is not included. We do not provide food or refrigeration space but can provide a cooler for drinks upon request. We also ask that the host remain present for the duration of the party.
Pool parties are only available for booking by current Peninsula Community Center members.


Costs & Booking
Our pool party pricing includes a base rate along with discounted per-guest fees for non-members.
Base Rate

$125 for 10-19 guests (guest total includes all members and non-members in attendance)

$200 for over 20-30 guests (guest total includes all members and non-members in attendance)
Non-member Per Guest Fees

In addition to the base rate, an additional charge of $6 per non-member (includes adults and children) will apply.
Advance Payment

25% of base rate will be charged in advance and is non-refundable. The rest of the base rate and per participant non-member fee will be charged after the event.
**We do not offer pool parties for more than 30 guests.

By the Baby Pool
The first location is near the baby pool. There are 3 picnic tables conveniently located near the baby pool, climbing structure, and youth locker rooms.

By the Deep End
We have added a new location that includes 3 picnic tables shaded under the awning near the deeper end of the pool.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Reservations for the 2026 season will open on April 6th with the first availability opening May 9th for weekends and June 8th for the weekdays.

We do not have parties on Center Event Days or on Holidays.

Party Time Slots (2 hours)

1:00-3:00pm

4:00-6:00pm
Party time slots are 2 hours long. You will be allowed 15 minutes prior to your time slot to set up and 15 minutes after your time slot to clean up.
On the day of your party...
Please bring your own towels, as our towel service cannot accommodate large groups at one time.
Parking is available at 3560 Farm Hill Boulevard, Redwood City (Peninsula Covenant Church). Please use the short footbridge to access the Community Center.
All guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian (18+).
Your reserved party area will be clearly marked with a sign.
If your party is using the main pool, Aquatics staff will review pool rules with your group at the start of your event.
You are welcome to bring food, however, please do not bring any glass containers.
Refrigeration is not provided, however, a drinks cooler may be provided by request.

REFUND POLICY
To cancel or make changes to your pool party reservation, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled event date.
A 25% advance payment of the base rate is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made with at least 7 days’ notice, no additional charges will be applied beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event will be subject to additional charges, including the remaining balance of the base rate.
The remaining balance of the base rate and all per-participant (non-member) fees will be calculated and charged after the event based on actual attendance.
Refunds will not be granted for weather, except lightning.
