Youth Fitness


Whether you're into group fitness workouts, personal fitness training, or following your own program, PCC can provide you with the discipline, motivation, and inspiration you need to meet your goals.



Our fitness program is designed to get you into shape, and into community. We believe that getting and staying fit should be fun in addition to producing lasting results, so we offer a variety of classes to meet all of your fitness needs. We take great care in selecting experienced and certified instructors to motivate you, bringing both knowledge and personality to each class. They’ll keep you coming back for more!



Use of our Center’s Weight Room will be by reservation only. Each reservation is a 45-minute session where you will be free to move within our Cardio, Weight, and Functional Training areas; includes the use of treadmills, ellipticals (indoor/outdoor), indoor cycles, selectorized circuit, strength tower, squat racks, and bench press.  Weight Room reservations are unlimited per member. Masks are required for all indoor reservations at this time.



Did you miss a class this week? No problem!

We have OnDemand videos available on our website for you to view at any time. Our library of videos will continue to build to offer new formats.  You can do these workouts at any time of the day and as many times as you desire. Each of our class links are provided here for our members. All recorded sessions can be paused and replayed multiple times.



Personal training is a great way to get a workout started or to take your current workout to the next level. Our Personal Training Staff is here to meet your specific physical and wellness needs. Our trainers bring with them the experience to help ensure a safe program and are qualified to train all levels, from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

We are now offering both indoor and outdoor training sessions! Our trainers will work with you to create customized workouts focused on form, balance, functional training, and fitness fundamentals.

Youth Fitness Basketball

This four week basketball-centered youth fitness class is packed full of movement, games, and age-appropriate drills and skills fundamentals designed to improve cardiovascular health, balance, coordination and technique. Your child will have a blast as they engage with their peers and are encouraged by our certified instructor.


Session Dates: October 25th - November 15th


  • Mondays @ 4pm in the Gym (ages 5-7)

  • Mondays @ 5pm in the Gym (ages 8-10)

  • Wednesdays @ 4pm in the Gym ages 5-7)

  • Wednesdays @ 5pm in the Gym (ages 8-10)


Cost: $100/Session of 4 classes
