 Our outdoor activities/areas like the Big Pool, Baby Pool, and Tennis Courts open in accordance with the state guidelines.

How to Register

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to 2 days in advance for aquatics and fitness, and 3 days in advance for tennis (please click here for Tennis Reservations).

  • Visit our website: (this page)
  • Find the class you wish to sign up for. Use the filter to search for class types, days, and times.
  • Click on sign up. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in with your Member Portal username and password.
  • Once you are logged in, click Sign Up or proceed to the next step.
  • Review the time and day, and click Next.
You will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your reservation has been made and what to expect. To check on all of your scheduled reservations you can visit your account by clicking on the 👤icon.

How do I cancel an existing reservation?

  • Visit our website:
  • Log in by clicking on the 👤 icon in the upper right corner
    • Next to Account Info, select Schedule in the menu.
    • To cancel, you need to click the CANCEL button to the right of the class you have signed up for.
Please make your cancellations at least 5 hours in advance. We have limited space, and want to offer swim lanes to as many members as possible. For videos on how to cancel on our Website, Member Portal, and Center app - Click Here

What is the late policy and the swim allotments?

Please note that we reserve the right to give your reservation away if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your assigned reservation time. In addition a late cancel (within 5 hours of reservation) or a no show will remove an allotted visit per your membership level for that particular type of reservation. Allotted Swim Times are as follows:

  • Full & Swim/Fit Members - Does not apply
  • Masters Members (grandfathered) - 3 per week
  • Noontime Members (grandfathered) - 2 per week
There are no changes to allotments for those without Full and Swim/Fit memberships. If you wish to upgrade your membership to Full or Swim/Fit, you can do so by reaching out to our Membership Coordinator, Julie Prosper at

What's changed? 48hr to 2 day reservations

You may now make aquatics and fitness reservations from 12am on, 2 days in advance rather than 48 hours in advance on the hour. This does NOT mean that you have to wake up at 12am to make reservations; you may make them anytime after 12am, 2 days prior, for any time of the day.


Who is eligible for making reservations?

  • Active paying members 16 and older only.

  • Adult members may bring an additional member of their household/membership 14 years and up for Lap Swim reservations. No age restriction on additional members for Tennis Reservations.

  • *Family Swim Reservations are closed for the season* Adult members may reserve a Family Swim Reservation for Recreational Swim on Thursday - Sunday and bring active-paying household members to share that space.

What times are available for reservations?

  • Active Swim/Fit, Full, and Masters Members – May reserve a lane online for any available time
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6am-8pm
    • Thursday 6am-12pm, 12:30pm – 8pm
    • Saturday 7am-8pm
    • Sunday 12-5pm
  • Active Noon Time Members – May reserve a lane online for:
    • Monday-Saturday 11am-3pm
    • Sunday 12pm-3pm

I'd like to make a reservation, but my account is on Hold.

Fill out and submit the online Membership Change Form if you want to take your membership off hold. Your account will need to be taken off hold before making a reservation.

Weekly Reservation Maximums (allotments) | Why can’t I make unlimited reservations for the pool and what has changed?

Aquatic Reservations Capacity One of our most challenging realities in creating our Center Reservations has been providing capacity for our members to access the pool. With the launch of our new Member Portal and website, we have added weekly reservation maximums so that aquatic reservations are made more accessible to more of our Center members. These maximums are ready-built into the system and do not guarantee a reservation. RESERVATION MAXIMUMS RESET ON MONDAY Please note the following Aquatic reservation guidelines per membership type:

  • Full Members - eligible for up to 4 reservations per week
    • can be made up to 2 days in advance
    • maximum of 1 Aquatic reservation per day
  • Swim / Fit Members - eligible for up to 4 reservations per week
    • can be made up to 2 days in advance
    • maximum of 1 Aquatic reservation per day
  • Masters Only Members - eligible for up to 3 reservations per week (no time of day constraints)
    • can be made up to 2 days in advance
    • maximum of 1 Aquatic reservation per day
    • pool reservations only

How do I add someone to my membership/account?

Fill out and submit the online Membership Change Form if you want to add a family member to your account. Someone from our team will contact you with next steps.

Helpful Tips

What do I need to bring and know before I go?

  • Mask Policy - updated June 15th:
    • In accordance with California’s mask mandates that are scheduled to change starting on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, the Center will rely on individuals to “self attest” their vaccine status. For fully vaccinated individuals, masks are optional. Unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks indoors.
  • Bring your own towel and water bottle
  • Come ready to swim, play tennis, or join your fitness class no more than 10 minutes before your reservation time
  • Hot tub and Child care are currently unavailable.

Types of Reservations

About Weight Room Reservations

In accordance with San Mateo County’s restrictions (social distancing, capacity limitations, etc.), use of the Weight Room will be by reservation during the Minimal-Substantial county tier only. When open, you will be free to move within the Weight Room and use the strength tower, squat racks, and bench press. Weight Room reservations can be made up to 2 days in advance. Weight Room reservations can be added to any reservation. No limits will apply.

About Aquatics Reservations

Reservations are required for Center lap swimming access One reservation per day per member Lap Swimming | Family Recreation Swim //Family Recreation Swim Zones - Closed for the Season

  • We are open for reservations for families to reserve Family Recreation Zones on Sundays from 12-5pm in our big pool. Each area is reservable for a 45 minute period for families of the same household to swim together!
  • *Families of the SAME household with an active membership of ALL family members present may reserve a space. 18+ adult must be present. Adults are required to be in the pool and directly supervising youth.
//Lap Swimming - by reservation only!
  • We have extended our lap reservations to include all active members. Those who are under 14 years must be accompanied by a member 18+ of the same household/membership. Each party of 2 will share a lane. Maximum of 2 per lane.

//Reservations for 45-minute swim times are available during the following Center hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 6am-8pm
  • Saturdays 7am-8pm
  • Sundays: 12-5pm
Swim lanes and the Deep End will be available to reserve up to 2 days in advance on our website. Please note, reservations can be made by active/paying members 16 and over. The Baby Pool is now closed for the season.

About Tennis Reservations

  • Tennis court reservations can be made in 30, 60, or 90 minute time slots.
  • Reservations are available to active paying members for singles, doubles*, or same household, family play! (Member 16 years+ must be present)
  • Reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance
  • The State’s Regional Stay at Home guidelines have been updated removing specific restrictions to tennis. Based on this change, on Monday, 1/25/21, we will remove the “same household on the same side of the court” policy. Social distancing is required during all outdoor exercise and masks are required at all times except when you are at your reserved outdoor exercise area.
    Reservations can be made on our Member Portal and Center App for active, paying Center members ages 16+.
  • How to Make a Tennis Reservation
    • Select the type of reservation you'd like to make.
    • Choose the duration of reservation; 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
    • Choose court you'd like to reserve (under instructor option)
    • Choose when you'd like to reserve (up to 3 days in advance)
    • Click "Search"
    • Browse reservation options and select "Book"
    • Refine your appointment details and click "Book Appointment"
