MEMBER PORTAL SERVICE DOWNTIME SCHEDULE

This downtime may affect the Member Portal, Website, and/or Center App. Read on for more details.


Our Member Portal is undergoing scheduled maintenance over the coming months. During this downtime, there will be limited to no access to the Member Portal, Center App, or reservations on the website.


Since our last communication, we have received a modified maintenance schedule and more clarity on what will and will not be available during the downtime.


Future maintenance is scheduled for the following dates:

  • Saturday, May 15, 9pm-12am

  • for approximately 45 minutes (likely during the first hour)  - Center App available

  • Saturday, May 22, 9pm-12am

  • for approximately 45 minutes (likely during the first hour)  - no access

  • Saturday, June 5, 9pm-12am

  • for approximately 1.5 hours  - no access - may have additional intermittent interruptions

  • Saturday, June 12, 9pm-12am

  • for approximately 1.5 hours  - no access the first hour, Center App available the second hour.

For our members who book at midnight, the good news is that we have learned that two of the four downtimes should not affect our Center App. It's really a great resource and we encourage our members to try it!
