Youth Aquatic Fitness Prerequisites


WINTER SESSION


Seal Group

Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-4:30pm, 4:30-5pm at PCC with Coach Maggie

Wednesday & Friday 4:00-4:30pm, 4:30-5pm at PCC with Coach Molly

  • Prerequisites

  • 9 years old & under

  • Must be able to swim 50 Free & 50 Back

  • Must have completed a swim school curriculum

Barracuda Group

Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-4:45pm at PCC with Coach Elodie and Kyla

  • Prerequisites

  • 9-11 years old

  • Must be able to swim 100 Free, 100 Back, 25 Fly, and 25 Breast

Shark Group

Monday & Wednesday 4:00-5:00pm at PCC with Coach Grace and AJ

Tuesday & Thursday 4:45-5:45 at PCC with Coach Elodie and Kyla

  • Prerequisites

  • 10-12 years old

  • Must be able to swim 150 Free, 100 Back, 50 legal Breast, & 50 legal Fly

  • Must understand swimming terminology & pace clock

Dolphin Group

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 5:00-6:00pm at PCC with Coach Christopher

  • Prerequisites

  • 12 years old & over

  • Must be able to complete 200 Free w flip turns, 100 Back w flip turns, 50 Breast w pulldown / legal turn, & 50 Fly w legal turn

  • Must understand all swimming terminology and how to use a pace clock

Junior Team

Monday-Thursday 7:00-8:00pm at PCC with Coach Olivia and Maddie

  • Prerequisites

  • 12 years old & Under

  • 4x100 Free @ 2:00

  • 4x50 Free @ 1:00

  • 4x100 IM @ 2:15

Seniors (1&2)

Monday-Friday 8:00-9:15pm at PCC with Coach Kelly and Molly

  • Prerequisites

  • 13 years old & Older

  • 4x100 Free @ 1:45

  • 4x50 Free @ 0:50

  • 4x100 IM @ 2:00
