We offer a comprehensive and professionally run program that will greatly enhance your ability and enjoyment of the game of tennis. Both children and adults can benefit from the expertise of our USPTA (United States Professional Tennis Association) certified staff, who approaches each program with a commitment to maintain a high level of involvement from all participants.
Facilities
PCC has four individually fenced and lighted courts plus one teaching court.
Court Reservations
PCC members can reserve courts up to three days in advance. Two courts are designated as “walk-ons.”
NTRP RATINGS (National Tennis Rating Program) can be obtained by calling
Sid Newcomb, PCC Tennis Director, at 364-6272 or through email,
sidn@peninsulacovenant.com Ratings are needed to play in club tournaments.
Lists of club tennis members with their ratings and phone numbers are available
at the Front Desk.
BALL MACHINE RENTALS are used on Courts 1 and 5. During prime tennis
hours (weekdays from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on
Saturdays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am), the ball machine can only be used when
Courts 1 or 5 are available on a “walk-on basis.” Sign up at the Front Desk.

COURT RESERVATION PROCEDURES are covered in the PCC General Rule
Book. Courts can be reserved three working days ahead (i.e. call Monday for
Thursday reservations.) Call the Front Desk at 364-6272 between 8:30 am and
8:30 pm (Sundays from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm) Courts can be reserved one hour
for singles and an hour and a half for doubles.
INTERCLUBS, TOURNAMENTS AND SOCIALS are held throughout the year for
adults and juniors (check the Tennis Yearly Calendar, PCC E-newsletter, Tennis
Flyers and/or the Front Desk for information.) Sign-up sheets will be at the Front
Desk three weeks prior to the event.

DEMO RACQUETS are available for a $2 charge which can be deducted from a racquet purchase price. Demos must be used at PCC. Check at the Front Desk for further information.
