Our fitness program is designed to get you into shape, and into community. We believe working out should be fun and produce great results, and we offer a variety of classes to meet all your fitness goals. We take great care in selecting experienced and certified instructors to motivate you, bringing both knowledge and personality to each class. They’ll keep you coming back for more!

      ONSITE

WEIGHT ROOM
RESERVATIONS

In accordance with San Mateo County’s restrictions (social distancing, capacity limitations, etc.), use of the Weight Room will be by reservation only. However, this time around you will be free to move within the Weight Room and use the strength tower, squat racks, and bench press.

ONDEMAND CLASSES

Did you miss a class this week? No problem!

We have OnDemand videos available on our website for you to view at any time. Our library of videos will continue to build to offer new formats.  You can do these workouts at any time of the day and as many times as you desire. Each of our class links are provided here for our members. All recorded sessions can be paused and replayed multiple times.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is a great way to get a workout started or to take your current workout to the next level. Our Personal Training Staff is here to meet your specific physical and wellness needs. Our trainers bring with them the experience to help ensure a safe program and are qualified to train all levels, from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

We are now offering outdoor training sessions! 

Our trainers will work with you to create customized workouts focused on form, balance, functional training, and fitness fundamentals.  All our workouts are outdoors (tennis court 5) and utilize TRX, free weights, balls, bands, and circuit drills.
