Group Exercise Class Descriptions
A.C.T. (Active Resistance Training)
Active Resistance Training Method teaches participants to find, engage and maintain four (4) key active resistance points in the body: (feet, navel, ribs and shoulders). The goal is to treat the entire body as one unit, and move from repetition of a single movement to whole body functional movement patterns that require deep engagement of the active resistance points in order to be completed properly.
Join the ballet fitness workout craze that’s transforming bodies. This class is a fusion of ballet conditioning, strength training and pilates. With the use of light weights and sound ballet principles, you will develop lean muscles, gaining definition in all the major muscle groups as well as improve posture and core strength. Whether you want to look better, feel better, or help increase bone density, this is the class for you!
Are you looking for a total body workout? Then look no further and join us for this challenging, high-energy class. This class combines intense cardio circuits with fierce bootcamp drills that’ll have you running through ladders, jumping over hurdles, using medicine balls, resistance training and intense core strength and conditioning drills. This is a “Take No Prisoners” workout and a great way to start the day!
This class involves a crossover of core training and strengthening exercises with a thorough cardio workout/boot camp style circuits. The routine will change each week to offer something fresh and energizing.
A fast-paced total-body conditioning class that combines resistance training and high intensity cardio segments by using exercise stations or circuits. Circuits are always changing incorporating different exercise principles to keep you coming back for more!
Fit Box Circuit
A circuit based class which involves the muscles of the core, upper body, shoulders, hips. It is also a great cardio and strength workout incorporating many different types of intense cardio segments couples with strength stations that include punches and kicks that will leave you feeling fit as a boxer!
Regardless of age, body type, or fitness level. Yoga is a total body workout that improves posture, increases strength, circulation, and relaxation and enhances flexibility. You will be introduced to a variety of methods and learn all the fundamental poses and more.
A full-body strength class choreographed to great, contemporary music. Take the GP challenge and gain more muscle mass, burn calories more effectively, and feel STRONGER!
This non-traditional group exercise class combines group warm-up and stretch with and a variety of choices for your cardio. It is a great way to meet your individual goals while receiving the benefits of group motivation.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
An intense 45-minute total-body athletic conditioning class that uses short intense intervals of anaerobic exercise coupled with longer intervals of aerobic exercise to maximize calorie burn.
Core strength training that also lengthens muscles using multiple techniques and equipment. Benefits include improved flexibility, posture, and balance.
This class combines a fusion of pilates and yoga poses as well as Core exercises to improve your posture and balance, increase flexibility, and lengthen your muscles.

Silver Sweat Senior Workout
Join this exciting senior class that provides resistance training, flexibility exercises, cardio and social opportunities.
A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. Classes are technique-based focusing on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport specific drills, climbs, and sprints that make for an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
This class is based on a dynamic series of postures created to invigorate the body and the mind. You will learn how to coordinate breath and movement to build heat, detoxify the body and to create internal focus.
Aqua Class Descriptions
The most intense water aerobics class we offer uses body sculpting and interval training. It combines strength training and aerobic conditioning with water resistance to give you an awesome overall body workout.
Hydropump Aqua Class
This class is a highly energetic, cardio, body-transitioning workout in the water. You’ll get a great workout with the resistance from your body’s movements in the water without impact on your joints.
A fitness workout in the pool – and you don’t even have to know how to swim! The class includes water jogging, strength training, and lots more, all without any impact on your joints!

PCC Running Club
Join our running group as they train for a 6 week program preparing for a 5 k or 1/2 marathon. You will receive National level coaching that will teach you proper form and technique to help you run more efficiently, faster and help you stay injury-free. The group motivation will keep you coming back for more, week after week!
