Debby Stimmler-Coupland
Debby is a certified Personal Trainer through Cal State Hayward and a certified Aerobics Instructor. She has coached and trained many diverse age groups including children and seniors. She has the gift of motivation and will use it on you. Her passion is fitness and will help you achieve all of your goals large or small. Come try her one of her many classes for example, the "Rep-Reebok" class. Rep-Reebok is a recent and scientifically updated body sculpting class. Come sculpt your body to a whole new level!

Monique Story

A FRIENDLY FACE TO IMPROVE YOUR SHAPE
Monique has her SCW and AFAA certification. She has enjoyed working at PCCC for the past five years and has grown to love this community. She is passionate about helping people with fitness and nutrition. In addition to Personal Training, she has served our members at the Front Desk, teaches Pilates, and gives orientations in our Weight Room. Monique can help you plan a well-rounded fitness program by combining weight training, cardio, Pilates, and stretching. Let her assist you in improving your overall health and well-being.

Matt Tarzon

Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.  Throughout his life, he has been involved in many sports including 17 years of rugby, 12 years of soccer and currently swims open water events and participates in triathlons.  During his rugby years, he coached at San Jose State University.  He currently volunteers as an AYSO coach each year.  Matt holds a B.S. in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration on Sports Medicine.  This education allows him to identify, rehabilitate and prevent injury.  With this background, programs will be designed with injury prevention in mind.  These programs will be designed specific to the clients’ goals, fitness levels and interests.  He will work with you to design a program that will be fun, interesting and challenging.
