      SWIM SCHOOL

MEMBERS ONLY

Spring Swim School Lessons (ages 3+)

 

Our Spring Swim School Lessons are for all levels of youth swimmers (beginners - Pre-Swim Team) and will occur for 4 consecutive Saturdays May 8th-29th (Each lesson will be 25 minutes long.)

 

All of these lessons will be private, 1:1 ratio and will focus on age-appropriate swim skills as well as water safety skills and fundamental skills to build confidence, stroke technique, and stamina. Lessons are taught according to your ability and skill level. 

 

**Due to the safety regulations in place for COVID-19, all of our swim lessons are private (1:1 ratio) and our instructors will wear PPE during instruction.

      PRIVATE SWIM STROKE LESSONS

MEMBERS ONLY

Our private swim stroke lessons provide individual instruction to enhance personal abilities and improve stroke technique, endurance, and strength. Lessons are taught according to your ability and skill level. Each lesson is 30 minutes in length.

Due to the safety regulations in place for COVID-19, all of our swim lessons are private (1:1 ratio) and all of our students must be water safe (independent in the water). All of our current private lessons will be taught in the Deep End of our pool.

*Appropriate Swim School Levels: Graduated Crocodile (4), Otter (5), Piranha (6) or Swim Team Level

Lessons are available during these times:

  • Mondays 1:00-3:30

  • Tuesdays 1:30-3:30

  • Wednesdays 1:00-3:30

  • Thursdays 1:30-3:30

  • Saturdays 9-6

  • Sundays 12-5

  • Private Stroke Swim Lesson - $55 / 30 -minutes

  • Package of 4 Private Stroke Swim Lesson - $200 ($20 discount for pack of 4) / 30 minutes

      YOUTH AQUATIC FITNESS

Youth Aquatics Fitness Spring Session

Group 1, 12 Spots - Monday to Thursday 8:00pm - 9:15pm 

  • Prerequisites

    • Open to all Gold level or 14 & up Silver level swimmers

 

Group 2, 12 Spots - Monday to Thursday 7:00pm - 7:50pm

  • Prerequisites

    •  Open to all Bronze level and 13 & under Silver level swimmers

    • All athletes must be able to swim all 4 strokes.

    • All athletes must be able to swim 100m crawl in 3:00 or less.

    • All athletes must be able to swim 50m crawl in 1:30 or less.

 

Group 3, 36 Spots - Monday & Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:40 pm or 7:00pm - 7:40pm

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm - 6:40pm or 7:00pm - 7:40pm

  •  Prerequisites

    • Open to all Blue level and Ruby level swimmers

    • All athletes must know all 4 strokes and have a basic understanding of how to swim them. 

    • All athletes must be able to swim 100m crawl and 50m backstroke.

    • All athletes must be able to swim 100m crawl in 4:00 or less.

    • All athletes must be able to swim 50m crawl in 2:00 or less.

 

 Group 4, 36 Spots - Monday & Wednesday 4:00pm - 4:40pm or 5:00pm - 5:40pm 

Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 4:40pm or 5:00pm - 5:40pm

  • Prerequisites

    • Open to all Green level and Red level swimmers. 

    • All athletes must be able to swim 50m crawl with side breathing.

    • All athletes must be able to swim 25m backstroke.

FAMILY REC SWIM

Starting 3/27 on Saturdays and Sundays this Spring!

We will be offering reservations for a Family Zone swim area (3 per hour) for a 45 minute swim reservation on Saturdays and Sundays.  Families are welcome to join us OnSite with same household Active members to enjoy a dip and splash in our pool.  

 

Reservations must be made ahead of time on our member portal.  Please note that Adult supervision in the water is required at all times.  There will be NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

Mon - Sat (9am-8pm)

Sunday (12-5pm)

Single family sign up

 

Single Families can reserve the baby pool space for same household Active members. This reservation is 45 minutes in length. Please make sure that children are either potty-trained or wearing double diapers (reusable top diaper and disposable bottom diaper) if using the baby pool. Please follow all pool rules. Enjoy!

Adult Shared Lap Lane Reservations

Make a reservation to share a lap lane at the Center with another member. Your reservation will be for half of a lane, shared with another member who makes a reservation during the same reservation time. We will offer up to 12 spots for the hours of 8am - 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

 

For Adults Active Members only.

 

You may NOT bring a same household Active member to share a lane with you on your reservation. 

 

All participants must have their own reservation for these lap swim times.

Adult Swim Workouts 

Mondays and Fridays (9AM), Wednesdays (12 PM)

(12 people) | Pool - Lanes 1 - 6 | Instructors: Meredith 


These are coach-guided swim workouts for adults with varying swimming abilities. Each workout will focus on swimming fitness using stroke technique drills and challenging interval sets. Swimmers will share a lane (2 swimmers per lane) starting from opposite sides of the pool in lanes of similar speed and ability. Swimmers will not circle swim, and will never stop on the same side of the pool when sharing a lane.

 

Please bring your own towel and H20 bottle. Come dressed to swim. We will provide any additional equipment needed.
